It is smart retail software for Invoicing, barcoding; stock tracking & GST billing and inventory management etc.

OBJECTIVE:

Objective of this project was to get some sufficient leads at the very beginning stage. We were asked to get as many leads from all over India, because GST software is in high demand after the GST implemented in India. After initial 60 – 70 days, the client was very satisfied to see the leads for this wonderful retail management software – er4u. Finally after 90 days, we were asked to work for organic SEO.

Campaign Strategy

As the client’s requirement was to get leads and keywords ranking both, we started organic SEO plus Social Media Marketing both to get good results. After 3 to 6 months, the results were unbelievable and Our focus was to get good leads, so we started promotion of this software over YouTube. We started posting its features and advantages over other retail softwares in the market. During our promotion process, we were doing content marketing, social media marketing, forum posting, etc.

OUR METHODOLOGY

Competitors AnalysisIn this module, we made some checks in client’s competitor’s websites such as backlinks, contents, look & feel etc. This activity helped us to make sure that the website we are working on is similar as compared to its competitors.

Onpage SEO:

Initially, we started with the Onpage SEO of the website. In this activity, we went through the website’s technical issues, content, headings and images. We asked the client to made the required Onpage changes as early as possible.

In Onpage SEO, we performed these checks:

  • Content optimization
  • Dynamic Url’s
  • CSS and HTML errors
  • Headings
  • Images
  • Sitemap
  • Security of domain
  • Robots.txt file
  • Canonical Issues
  • Optimized meta tags
  • Fixed navigation to make it more user friendly
  • Setup a Google Analytics account and Google Webmasters account
  • Analyzed dead pages
  • Analyzed duplicate pages etc. 

Off-Page SEO:

In off page SEO, we performed various Offpage optimization activities to create strong backlinks, drive more traffic to the website. Our off page SEO strategy helped the website to rank well on SERP in quick time.

REPORTING:

Each 15 days, we were sending report of work done by us. In this report, we were sending backlinks created, social media posting details, etc. On monthly basis too, we were sending them keywords ranking report, Google Analytics traffic report, Google Webmasters clicks and Impression report to the client.  Monthly comparison of traffic was also included in the traffic report sent by us.

RESULTS:

For this Campaign, initially we worked for 30 potential keywords, but after 3 months of working, we targeted only 10 keywords. Our keywords got ranked in Google SERP according to their completion. After performing all activities with expertise and thorough strategies, we achieved the goals. As the competition for each keyword is different we start getting results accordingly. After eight to ten months or so, we achieved almost 80 - 90% keywords ranking in top 10.
